Your privacy matters to us

Escarpment Pharmasave collects and uses your personal health information only to provide your pharmacy care. We follow Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and Canada's federal privacy laws.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, date of birth, health card number, prescription history, and any notes you share with us — including information submitted through the transfer request form on this website — so we can fill and manage your medications safely.

Why we collect it

To dispense your prescriptions, provide services like assessments and reviews, contact you about your care, and coordinate with your doctor or previous pharmacy when you ask us to. We never sell your information.

How it's stored

Information you submit through this website is stored securely with encryption, on servers located in Canada. Access is limited to our pharmacy team, and records are kept only as long as required to provide your care and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only your circle of care — your doctor, other pharmacists involved in your treatment, and provincial health programs — and only as needed. We keep your records secure and access is limited to our pharmacy team.

Your rights

You can ask to see your records, request a correction, or withdraw consent at any time. Just speak to our pharmacist or call us.
